EXW\uff08Ex Works\uff09\u2014\u2014\u5de5\u5382\u4ea4\u8d27<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">EXW\u662f\u6307\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u5176\u5730\u70b9\uff08\u5982\u5de5\u5382\u3001\u4ed3\u5e93\u7b49\uff09\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u5728\u8d27\u7269\u5728\u5176\u573a\u6240\u4ea4\u4ed8\u65f6\u4fbf\u7ec8\u6b62\u3002\u4e70\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u4ece\u5356\u65b9\u5730\u70b9\u8d77\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u98ce\u9669\u3002\u8be5\u672f\u8bed\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u975e\u5e38\u7075\u6d3b\uff0c\u9002\u5408\u5404\u79cd\u4ea4\u6613\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u7531\u4e8e\u5356\u65b9\u4ec5\u9700\u63d0\u4f9b\u8d27\u7269\uff0c\u4e70\u65b9\u6240\u9700\u627f\u62c5\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u8f83\u5927\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u5728\u4e0e\u4e0d\u719f\u6089\u7684\u56fd\u9645\u5e02\u573a\u4ea4\u6613\u65f6\u9700\u8c28\u614e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. FCA\uff08Free Carrier\uff09\u2014\u2014\u81ea\u7531\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u4ea4\u8d27<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FCA\u662f\u6307\u5356\u65b9\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\uff0c\u6216\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u9001\u5230\u4e70\u65b9\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5730\u70b9\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u6b64\u70b9\u5b8c\u6210\u4ea4\u8d27\u3002\u6b64\u672f\u8bed\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u591a\u79cd\u8fd0\u8f93\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u635f\u5bb3\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u5212\u5206\u53d8\u5f97\u66f4\u52a0\u6e05\u6670\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u4e8e\u53cc\u65b9\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. CPT\uff08Carriage Paid To\uff09\u2014\u2014\u8fd0\u8d39\u4ed8\u81f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CPT\u662f\u6307\u5356\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u9001\u5230\u6307\u5b9a\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u7684\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u98ce\u9669\u5728\u5356\u65b9\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u7ed9\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u540e\u5c31\u8f6c\u79fb\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u3002\u5c3d\u7ba1\u5356\u65b9\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u8fd0\u8d39\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u751f\u635f\u5bb3\u6216\u635f\u5931\uff0c\u8d23\u4efb\u4ecd\u5728\u4e70\u65b9\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5728\u4f7f\u7528CPT\u6761\u6b3e\u65f6\uff0c\u4e70\u65b9\u9700\u8003\u8651\u6295\u4fdd\u8fd0\u8f93\u4fdd\u9669\u95ee\u9898\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. CIP\uff08Carriage and Insurance Paid To\uff09\u2014\u2014\u8fd0\u8d39\u53ca\u4fdd\u9669\u8d39\u4ed8\u81f3<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIP\u4e0eCPT\u7c7b\u4f3c\uff0c\u4f46\u5356\u65b9\u8fd8\u9700\u4e3a\u8d27\u7269\u6295\u4fdd\u3002\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u7ed9\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u65f6\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u8f6c\u79fb\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\uff0c\u4e70\u65b9\u9700\u8981\u627f\u62c5\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u635f\u5931\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0cCIP\u5728\u8ba9\u4e70\u65b9\u5b89\u5fc3\u7684\u540c\u65f6\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e3a\u5356\u65b9\u589e\u52a0\u4e86\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. DAP\uff08Delivered at Place\uff09\u2014\u2014\u4ea4\u8d27\u81f3\u6307\u5b9a\u5730\u70b9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DAP\u662f\u6307\u5356\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u6240\u6709\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u81f3\u4e70\u65b9\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u5730\u70b9\u3002\u5356\u65b9\u9700\u8981\u8d1f\u8d23\u5230\u8fbe\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u524d\u7684\u4e00\u5207\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8fd0\u8f93\u8d39\u7528\u3001\u5173\u7a0e\u7b49\u3002\u6b64\u6761\u6b3e\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u5305\u62ec\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u8f93\u548c\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u7684\u6e05\u5173\u7b49\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u8d23\u4efb\u660e\u786e\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. DPU\uff08Delivered at Place Unloaded\uff09\u2014\u2014\u5378\u8d27\u540e\u4ea4\u8d27\u81f3\u6307\u5b9a\u5730\u70b9<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DPU\u8f83DAP\u6709\u4e00\u70b9\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u5356\u65b9\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u5378\u4e0b\u540e\u518d\u4ea4\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u5378\u8d27\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u90fd\u9700\u8981\u7531\u5356\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u3002DPU\u9002\u5408\u4e8e\u9700\u8981\u5378\u8d27\u7684\u4ea4\u8d27\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u662f\u5bf9\u4e70\u65b9\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. DDP\uff08Delivered Duty Paid\uff09\u2014\u2014\u5b8c\u7a0e\u540e\u4ea4\u8d27<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DDP\u662f\u6307\u5356\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u6240\u6709\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u5e76\u5b8c\u6210\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u7684\u8fdb\u53e3\u6e05\u5173\u548c\u5173\u7a0e\u652f\u4ed8\u3002\u5356\u65b9\u9700\u8981\u786e\u4fdd\u8d27\u7269\u8fd0\u8f93\u5230\u8fbe\u4e70\u65b9\u5730\u70b9\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u8fd8\u9700\u627f\u62c5\u8fdb\u53e3\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e49\u52a1\u548c\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u5bf9\u4e70\u65b9\u6700\u6709\u5229\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u4f46\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5356\u65b9\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u6700\u5927\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. FAS\uff08Free Alongside Ship\uff09\u2014\u2014\u88c5\u8239\u6e2f\u8239\u8fb9\u4ea4\u8d27<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FAS\u9002\u7528\u4e8e\u6d77\u8fd0\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u5c06\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u7ed9\u9760\u8fd1\u4e70\u65b9\u6307\u5b9a\u8239\u8236\u8fb9\u7f18\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\uff0c\u4e4b\u540e\u98ce\u9669\u8f6c\u79fb\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u9700\u627f\u62c5\u4ece\u5356\u65b9\u573a\u6240\u5230\u6e2f\u53e3\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u4e70\u65b9\u9700\u8d1f\u8d23\u8239\u4e0a\u88c5\u8fd0\u53ca\u5176\u540e\u7eed\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. FOB\uff08Free On Board\uff09\u2014\u2014\u88c5\u8239\u6e2f\u8239\u4e0a\u4ea4\u8d27<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FOB\u4e5f\u662f\u7528\u4e8e\u6d77\u8fd0\u548c\u5185\u6cb3\u8fd0\u8f93\u7684\u672f\u8bed\u3002\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u8239\u8237\u4ea4\u4ed8\u8d27\u7269\u540e\uff0c\u98ce\u9669\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u8f6c\u79fb\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u3002\u51fa\u53e3\u56fd\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u7531\u5356\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\uff0c\u800c\u4e70\u65b9\u5219\u9700\u627f\u62c5\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53ef\u80fd\u51fa\u73b0\u7684\u98ce\u9669\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. CFR\uff08Cost and Freight\uff09\u2014\u2014\u6210\u672c\u52a0\u8fd0\u8d39<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CFR\u662f\u6307\u5356\u65b9\u627f\u62c5\u5230\u76ee\u7684\u6e2f\u7684\u8fd0\u8f93\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u98ce\u9669\u5728\u8d27\u7269\u4ea4\u7ed9\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u65f6\u5c31\u8f6c\u79fb\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u9700\u8981\u4e3a\u8fd0\u8f93\u8d39\u7528\u8d1f\u8d23\uff0c\u800c\u4e70\u65b9\u5219\u9700\u627f\u62c5\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u53d1\u751f\u7684\u635f\u5931\u6216\u635f\u5bb3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. CIF\uff08Cost, Insurance and Freight\uff09\u2014\u2014\u6210\u672c\u3001\u4fdd\u9669\u52a0\u8fd0\u8d39<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CIF\u4e0eCFR\u7c7b\u4f3c\uff0c\u5356\u65b9\u9664\u4e86\u627f\u62c5\u8fd0\u8f93\u8d39\u7528\u5916\uff0c\u8fd8\u9700\u8981\u4e3a\u8d27\u7269\u6295\u4fdd\u3002\u98ce\u9669\u540c\u6837\u5728\u4ea4\u7ed9\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u65f6\u8f6c\u79fb\u7ed9\u4e70\u65b9\u3002CIF\u6761\u6b3e\u80fd\u591f\u8ba9\u4e70\u65b9\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u83b7\u5f97\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u4fdd\u969c\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u8981\u6c42\u5356\u65b9\u5728\u8fd0\u8f93\u8fc7\u7a0b\u4e2d\u627f\u62c5\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
